Delivery of digital products may take up to twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase. While most orders are fulfilled sooner, processing times may vary due to verification procedures, supplier processing times, system delays, high transaction volumes, or other operational factors. Such delays within the stated 24-hour window do not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
Because digital products cannot be returned or repossessed once delivered, we do not offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, accidental purchases, incorrect product selection, misunderstanding of product details, or failure to read the product description.
